According to BioSpace’s 2024 Employment Outlook Report, 72% of respondents in the life sciences industry—including those who are currently employed—plan to look for a new job in 2024.

January 2024 saw a 64% increase in the number of job applications on BioSpace’s site compared to December 2023, and a 34% increase in applications compared to January 2023.
