Imperative Care today announced the initial close of an oversubscribed Series E financing and appointed Shacey Petrovic to vice chair of its board of directors.

Former Insulet CEO becomes vice chair

The company also announced that Shacey Petrovic was appointed to the newly created position of vice chair of the board of directors. She previously joined the Imperative Care board in 2023.
