Alderfer comes to Lifepoint from Intermountain Health, where she served in both system and hospital leadership roles as president of the Montana/Wyoming market and president of St. Vincent Healthcare. She joined Intermountain from SCL Health, where she led service line growth efforts, community partnerships and development projects that contributed to overall system growth and served in roles including system transformation officer and president of Good Samaritan Medical Center, based in Lafayette, Colo.
