Juneau, AK – SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) and Xtend Healthcare, LLC (Xtend) today announced the formation of a new joint venture entity called Denali Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Denali).Denali will be majority owned by SEARHC, a Tribal Health Organization (THO).Denali will focus on providing services to THOs and other healthcare providers looking for financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) improvements.“SEARHC remains fiscally sound, mission driven, and focused on innovation as we continue to transform the way we deliver care,” said Dan Harris, Chief Financial Officer, SEARHC.
