NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Weill Cornell Medicine is expanding its real estate agreement at 575 Lexington Ave. to provide state-of-the-art clinical care at the Midtown Manhattan location by 2025.

A long-time tenant of the building, Weill Cornell Medicine previously leased 200,000 square feet for administrative offices for institutional staff. The new agreement reconfigures the existing usage and expands the footprint by 100,000 square feet to occupy nine floors, including a new separate lobby entrance.
