《Nature Communications》：研究暗示MC1R是黑色素瘤免疫治疗靶点

2023年9月15日，中国医学科学院北京协和医学院学者在《Nature Communications》上发表题为“Activation of melanocortin-1 receptor signaling in melanoma cells impairs T cell infiltration to dampen antitumor immunity”的研究论文，研究暗示MC1R是黑色素瘤免疫治疗靶点，并建议GNAS-PKA信号传导是一种抑制抗肿瘤T细胞反应的泛癌致癌途径。
