(“UpHealth,” the “Company”) (NYSE: UPH), today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Cloudbreak Health, LLC (“Cloudbreak”), best known for its Martti translation offering, to GTCR for $180 million in cash.
