Cardinal Health has opened a new distribution center in Greenville, S.C. dedicated to its at-Home Solutions business.

The new facility is expected to add about 200 jobs to the area over time. Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions provides home healthcare medical supplies.

Standing at 350,000 square feet, it’s the largest distribution center supporting the company’s at-Home Solutions business to date. It’s also only the second distribution center the business has built from the group-up.

Employees will work alongside the latest automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotics tech to ship almost 8,000 packages to patients’ homes, Cardinal Health said. These include diabetic supplies like continuous glucose monitors, incontinence and ostomy supplies, breast pumps, enteral nutrition pumps, and formulas, among others..
