Harnessing the power of IoT [Internet of Things], DEXIS Connect Pro can check on device health and arrange support as needed.

Incorporating this platform into the practice will enable practitioners to automatically receive both support and equipment replacements as needed, which will be a time-saver as well as boost practice productivity according to Brian Gooch, global product manager and marketing vice president at DEXIS.“The ability to ensure top performance of our equipment in the field has increased the level of customer service we’re able to provide,” Gooch said in a press release from DEXIS.
