The collaboration between UNINTERRUPTED and JED was built upon a mutual mission to create a sanctuary for young people, especially young Black men, where it’s always safe to talk about – and seek help for – whatever struggles they face, challenging the cultural and societal barriers that stand in the way of the support they deserve.

Almost half of Black U.S. high school students report experiencing racism in school, and teens who face racial discrimination are more likely to have mental health challenges and suicidal thoughts and attempts.
