Over the past year, the PA Black Maternal Health Caucus has secured over $30 million in state funding for maternal health initiatives. Part of that work includes over $5 million in maternal health innovation funds distributed by the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, which serves as the fiscal agent for federal Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds provided through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
