The events began with an opening ceremony where cancer survivors shared inspiring stories, reminding everyone of the strength and courage required in the battle against blood cancer.

Following the ceremony, participants walked together holding illuminated lanterns in three colors: white for survivors, yellow for those walking in memory of loved ones, and red for supporters..
