PHILADELPHIA, April 24, 2025-- LLR Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, announces the final closing of LLR Equity Partners VII, L.P. (together with its affiliated investment funds, “LLR 7”) at $2.45 billion. Included in LLR 7's capital is meaningful participation by LLR’s Partners and employees.
