NEW BRITAIN, Conn. and WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., August 13, 2025-- Blue Sea Capital, LLC ('Blue Sea') today announced that it has acquired MicroCare Holdings, LLC (the 'Company'). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
