[Exclusive] SYNYI AI Completed $36 Million In Series C Financing

According to VCBeat, medical AI company SYNYI AI just completed around 36 million dollars in Series C financing, this round of financing was led by Tencent and followed by Sinopharm Capital. The funds will be used to accelerate the development of smart medical solutions, increase the current research team and improve its products.

SYNYI AI was founded in 2016, it builds the first intelligent research platform with AI+HIT in response to the hospital's demand for scientific research data. Right now, more than 30 hospitals are using this platform in China.

In 2018, SYNYI AI developed an AI-based hospital information platform to solve the problem of low availability of hospital information and data. Compared with similar enterprises, SYNYI AI focuses on product quality and efficient service, and integrates AI+HIT deeply to form products from data integration, data management to data application. In just three years, SYNYI AI's product has received orders from nearly 100 hospitals across the country.

In the first half of 2019, SYNYI AI business developed rapidly, and dozens of more hospitals are now working with SYNYI AI. The revenue increased by 340% compared to the last year. They wish that all patients can get the best medical treatment from these smart hospitals.

Tencent is an internet service portal offering value-added internet, mobile, telecom, and online advertising services.

Sinopharm Capital is a private equity arm of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation that specializes in medical and healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare and medical supply, and services for elderly and persons with disabilities.
