Xingkeduo Merged With Novena, Receiving Millions Of Dollars In Financing

Xingkeduo and Novena Global Lifecare just announced the merger between the two companies, Novena Global Lifecare co-founder Nelson Loh will serve as executive chairman of the new company. Novena Global Lifecare co-founder Terence Loh and Xingkeduo’s founder Wei Zhuang as co-CEO. The business of the new company includes medical, cosmetology,  Photoelectric equipment R&D, software development and more. The new company also received around a few million dollars of financing from Sinopharm Capital and Cedarlake Capital.

The combined new company will continue to advance its existing business and accelerate its globalization. It will mostly focus on medical services and cosmetology, providing better products and services for the customers.

Xingkeduo is a haircut company founded in 2015 at Bejing, Novena was founded in 2010 in Singapore, proving skin care, health care products and services. It has many services locations across Asia. At present, the new company is at its final testing stage and will be ready for business soon.

Sinopharm Capital is a private equity arm of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation that specializes in medical and healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare and medical supply, and services for elderly and persons with disabilities.
