According to VCBeat，health insurance technology company, The CareVoice has completed Series A financing of tens of millions of dollars，which led by investment holding company LUN Partners Group and an international investment company focused on financial services, with existing shareholders including DNA Capital, SOSV and Artesian Capital.

The CareVoice provides consumers with reliable, community-based recommendations for real hospital ratings and quality care through the social platform, virtual health assistants. Besides, The CareVoice provides an embedded SaaS system for insurance companies to help simplify their business processes and improve efficiency.

After this round of financing, The CareVoice plans to quadruple the size of its staff in the next 12 months and achieve the following three major goals: Increase internal R&D investment, integrate more health technology services at home and abroad, and upgrade CareVoiceOS. Expand the sales team and client team, develop the international business. Strengthen insurance product innovation, cooperate with insurance companies to develop new products, and strive to launch more than 10 products for disease prevention and health behavior management.

Different from other health insurance companies, The CareVoice does not directly provide health insurance products but serves as a connector for insurance companies, hospitals, and consumers. Through cooperation with insurance companies, The CareVoice provides insurance companies with data-driven SaaS solutions on mobile terminals and forms a one-stop platform integrating insurance-related information consultation, daily basic health management, best medical plan recommendation, and claim settlement approaches with big data, artificial intelligence, and mobile Internet. Meanwhile, for insurance users, The CareVoice can provide the relevant addresses, medical service rating and other relevant information of hospitals, clinics, and doctors related to the insurance agreements.
