Baikemy Completes Tens of Million Dollars Series B Financing

According to Lieyunwang.com, Baikemy, a medical science online platform, announced that it had closed a tens of million dollars Series B financing. The financing was led by Cenova Capital in conjunction with existing investor Bluerun Ventures. 

Proceeds from the financing will be used to improve the database of medical knowledge, establish a full copyright protecting mechanism, expand the resource database of experts, build hospitals with the online system and develop artificial intelligence technology.

In October 2018, Baikemy announced the completion of tens of million yuan Series A financing, led by Bluerun Ventures. The company also got an investment from Sogou, Liuhe Huaneng Investment.

Formally established in May 2010, Baikemy focuses on the production and application of medical science content. The company is China's earliest and largest professional medical knowledge production and communication platform. Its management team is composed of experts in the fields of medical, Internet and health media from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Peking Union Medical College, Alibaba, Health-China, etc.
