Ping An Health Cloud Announces the Agreement to Buy 20% Stake of Hydee at ￥131M

According to Lieyunwang.com, Ping An Health Cloud Co.Ltd ("Ping An Health Cloud") announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Hydee Software Co., Ltd. ("Hydee") whereby Ping An Health Cloud will buy a 20 percent stake of Hydee at 131 million yuan, including 49.1 million yuan for old shares before Hydee’s expansion, and 81.9 million yuan for new shares. 

Founded in December 2004, Hydee is a company focusing on developing ERP software for pharmaceutical circulation. The company provides services for pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers and other enterprises in the field of pharmaceutical circulation. Relying on strong ability of R&D and concerns about customers, Hydee has developed seven categories of products and innovative services covering ERP, consulting, smart drugstore, supply chain, medical and insurance, and data traceability and so on.

Headquartered in Shanghai, Hydee has set up 6 subsidiaries in Changsha, Shenyang, Xiamen, Chongqing, Xi 'An and Jinan. Up to now, the company has provided professional services to more than 3,000 pharmaceutical enterprises and about 90,000 drugstores.
