Proceeds of this financing will be mainly used for the establishment of MSL's subsidiaries in the Philippines and overseas warehouses, and build up a SAAS system, which is expected to double the operation efficiency of the company. The subsidiaries and overseas warehouses will realize the 48-hour delivery of its core products in the Philippines, and solve the after-sales problems of hospital customers within 24 hours.
