Yizhun Intelligent Closes on ￥100 million Series B Funding Round

According to PEdaily.cn, Beijing-based Yizhun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yizhun Intelligent") has closed its Series B financing of nearly 100 million yuan, led by Sanmei Investment, with participation from Xiao Miao Langcheng Capital and existing investors, including Qingsong Fund and The Hina Group.

Proceeds of this financing will be used for research and development to expand Yizhun Intelligent's existing AI product line, and realize the coverage of AI-driven diagnosis system from single organ to diseases in a single site. 

In addition, Yizhun Intelligent will create AI products for specific diseases based on CT, MR, mammary molybdenum target machine, common X-ray machine, ultrasound and other imaging equipment. In addition, the company will also provide the customized image-recognition system for strategic partners with differentiated development and upgrading that meet the precise requirements in the application scenarios.

Founded in November 2017, Yizhun Intelligent is an AI & Robotics company focusing on diagnostic imaging. The company is deeply committed to the clinical front line, and at the same time, it collaborates with IBM Watson to build the medical image AI research platform (Darwin intelligent research platform). Yizhun Intelligent's products have been sold in more than 400 hospitals in China.

By virtue of AI technology of diagnostic imaging in the lung, Yizhun Intelligent launched the "AI+CT" diagnosis system for the coronavirus disease in just two weeks. Through the installation of servers and online upgrade, it helped dozens of users to implement the system, which greatly relieved the diagnostic pressure of imaging departments around.
