Focus &Fusion Healthcare Secures ￥100 Million in New Funding Round

(VCBeat) May. 25, 2021 -- Hangzhou-based Focus & Fusion Healthcare, an research and development company of ultrasonic imaging equipment, announced the completion of a new round of financing of nearly 100 million yuan and reached cooperation with CD Capital and Orient Securities. This round of financing was led by CD Capital, with participation from Orient Securities. 

As a domestic first-line company with the R&D of high-end medical acoustics for the whole industrial chain, Focus & Fusion Healthcare has also successively received investment from Share Capital, Huagai Capital, PTS Capital Capital, Oriental Jiafu Asset Management and other investors.

The new round of financing is mainly used for the construction of Focus & Fusion Healthcare's two major technology platforms (the internationally leading Hi imaging platform and the industry-leading BTM single crystal probe technology platform), the distribution of three product lines (Diagnostic Ultrasound, Breast Cancer Screening & Diagnostics, and Interventional Surgery), the construction of selected clinical centers, and the expansion of domestic and international markets.
