BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kaman Corporation (“Kaman' or the “Company”) today announced the completion of its acquisition by Arcline Investment Management, L.P. ('Arcline”) in an all-cash transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately $1.8 billion.
