Allinmd Closed on $100 Million Series B Financing

According to VCBeat, Allinmd has announced that it had completed the Series B financing of $100 million, led by Sheares, the special medical investment fund of Temasek, and followed by Tencent, Trustbridge Partners. Huaxing capital acted as the financial adviser of this financing.

Allinmd relies on its big data to connect the orthopedic industry. Founded in 2013, Allinmd is the first Internet medical platform focusing on the orthopedic field in China. Currently, there are more than 150,000 registered orthopedic doctors in the platform, covering more than 17,000 hospitals, and two orthopedic treatment centers have been established in Yinchuan and Chongqing. 

Allinmd provides services including education and training, promotion, surgical treatment and consumable purchase, and clinical research through the "one-stop" platform. With big data and artificial intelligence technology as the driving force of the orthopedic new ecological industry, the company improves the patients’ treatment and medical efficiency, expands the ability of medical supplies, and helps to control health insurance fees.

This round of financing will be used to integrate multiple resources to jointly expand the offline medical network layout, optimize orthopedic diagnosis and treatment services, and further promote the systematic orthopedic education by gathering high-quality doctor resources. 

Allinmd contributes to the research and development of orthopedic artificial intelligence, enabling the industry to achieve dual breakthroughs in efficiency and effect.
