Yaeher Health Snares 40 million yuan in A round of Financing

According to VCBeat, Yaeher Health, a women's and children's health service platform, recently completed 40 million yuan A round financing, led by Fosun Venture, followed by angel round investor Matrix Partners China.la Clede Venture Capital Consultants served as the financial adviser of this round of financing.

Founded in 2016, Yaeher Health is a new medical service enterprise, aiming to solve the problem of doctor-patient trust in China, committed to providing professional, reliable and high-quality maternal and child health management services.

In the early stage, Yaeher Health mainly provided online science courses and health consulting services through the public account of WeChat. Last year, it established an offline clinic, forming a service loop of health science popularization, online light consulting and offline medical treatment.
