提供支持According to Yiou.com, on October 31, Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply Co., Ltd. ("Yuwell") announced that it intends to purchase 95.95% shares of Suzhou 66 VISION TECH Co., LTD. ("66 Vision”) with 37.42 million yuan, which made the target company become a subsidiary of Yuwell.
The acquisition of 66 Vision is mainly aimed at enriching its product categories in the field of ophthalmic devices.
66 Vision, reformed from Suzhou Medical Instrument General Factory which is established in 1956, is mainly engaged in R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of ophthalmic devices. The products include slit lamp microscopes, operation microscope, IOL, surgical instrument, electronic device and laser medical device with more than 160 varieties and 600 specifications.
66 Vision has the R&D capability in optics, machinery, electronics, fine processing and other high technology, such as microelectronics, polymer, lasers, and ultrasound and has also fully implemented the digital design, manufacturing, and management to be the largest R&D and manufacturing base of ophthalmic medical devices in China. 66 Ophthalmic Instrument was awarded as Jiangsu's famous brand product and 66 Ophthalmic Microscopes have been awarded the China Top Brand.
Yuwell was established in Danyang, Jiangsu Province in 1998. In April 2008, the company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
