Hipac.cn Snags $100M in Series D Funding Round

According to PEdaily.cn, Hipac.cn, a B2B2C platform for mother and baby care products, has completed its $100M Series D Financing, led by Anchor Equity Partners with participation from Hillhouse Capital Group, and Cygnus Equity acting as the sole financial adviser. 

Previously, Hipac.cn has got the investment from many well-known investors, including Shunwei Capital, Fosun Group, Lighthouse Capital Management, Jointown Pharmaceutical Group and so on. It has raised a total of $75M in funding over 4 rounds.

Founded in 2015, Hipac.cn is a Hangzhou-based cross-border online shopping platform focusing on baby and maternal products. It brings famous brands, knowledge and consumption concept to consumers, and become the first online platform for mother and baby care products in China that connects brand parties, dealers, stores and consumers. At present, Hipac.cn has nearly 200,000 baby and maternal product stores in China and has cooperated with more than 8,000 maternal and child brands at home and abroad.
