Well-healthcare Snares ￥10M in Series A Funding Round

According to VCBeat, recently, Well-healthcare Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Well-healthcare") completed Series A financing worth tens of millions, led by Sinowisdom with participation from Thunderstorm VC and the existing shareholder SDIC Venture Capital.

Based on advanced nanometer semiconductor chips and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, Well-healthcare will accelerate the industrialization in the fields of high-throughput analysis in the clinical spectrum and AI-driven olfactory system after the completion of this round.

Well-healthcare is committed to develop diagnostic products in all kinds of clinical scenarios to meet the unmet clinical needs, provide precision medicine and health monitoring solutions. Its innovative products will play an important role in the diagnose of tumors, medication guidance, drug efficacy monitoring, and chronic disease management.

In 2019, Well-healthcare completed the Pre-A round of financing led by Miracle Light Venture, included SDIC Venture Capital and Yanmucao Investment, and carried out various R&D and industrialization work rapidly and orderly.

Well-healthcare has built a comprehensive testing platform with high-throughput spectrometry and sensing diagnosis system for multidimensional omics (peptide proteomics, metabolomics), multiple samples (blood, urine, saliva, breath gas, cells and tissues, etc.). The platform has significant advantages of high accuracy, strong stability and low cost.

Well-healthcare also made major progress in its pipelines. The company cooperated with leaders in the industry to develop the world's first sets of peptides identification in tumors, ClinMS-Plat^®Ⅰ mass spectrometry diagnostics system, which is going to be launched. Besides, Well-healthcare built the first diagnostic reagent and AI-based liquid biopsy diagnosis model for colorectal cancers, which is called Bio-pSi^®, with accuracy over 90%.
