Ezisurg Medical Nets ￥100M in Series C Round

According to VCBeat, recently, Ezisurg Medical Co., Ltd. ("Ezisurg Medical") announced the completion of a Series C financing of hundreds of millions, led by GL Ventures, with participation from the existing shareholder Xiamen C&D Corporation.

Ezisurg Medical is located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai, China. The company was founded by Henry Nie in November 2011 and specializes in the development and commercialization of high-end minimally invasive products targeting disease associated with general, bariatric, thoracic and colo-rectal procedures. 

EziSurg Medical is committed to providing comprehensive and integrated solutions to the global market. It is focused on the mission of "providing premium and affordable M.I.S. products to hospitals, surgeons and their patients" through the development of best-in-class devices that are rooted in strong clinical and health-economic evidence that supports the entire patient care continuum.
